We just bought another house in Prescott/Prescott Valley with two of the best realtors around. Carissa Maxwell and Karyn Finnell, they are a fantastic team with Glow Realty.
There were issues with the sellers agent, he wasn't responding, slow on paperwork, missing documents etc. Our realtors kept his feet to the fire, making sure everything was moving forward and staying on track.
They are very knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. We can't give them enough praise.
We highly recommend them if you want a competent, problem solving real estate team working for you.

Carissa Maxwell worked with us to find our home for months! She is knowledgeable, dedicated, interested, and works her tail off. She helped us to identify neighborhoods we would be interested in and find homes to see. She did her research and looked into EVERYTHING that could be of concern and looked into area comparables to be sure that when we made offers they would appraise. She went above and beyond in negotiating for us, even going and sitting down with the sellers to explain our offer and values. She really looks out for her clients and I could not recommend her more.
