Our crew takes great pride in bringing a unique dining experience to Prescott, with all dishes prepared fresh to order, and all ingredients prepped ever day. Nothing sits on our shelf, so to speak, no more than 24 hours. – It is as fresh as it can be. When El Gato Azul opened 15 years ago on 2004, we had 12 Tapas on the menu and a complimentary Lunch and Dinner Menu, we even served lunch. Since that time, El Gato has grown to become one of the areas premier restaurants with recognition on the regional, state and national level with accolades and positive reviews on a regular basis. Our current crew includes some original members who have been with us from day one, as well as many who have only been with us a year or so. But together, they produce an experience that is not seen often. Join us this month in the coming year as we celebrate 15 years with all your old favorites, and a ton of new stuff in the works. From Spanish Mediterranean, to American Southwest, and everything in between, we’re confident you will find something to please your palette.
