Our firm was established in 1998 as an independent consultant to brokers and agents. We focused on finding coverage for low-wage service and hourly workers who had limited affordable health insurance options at that time.
In 2012, government-mandated coverage requirements were introduced, and we expanded our reach to assist large employers in implementing best-in-class MEC plans to meet their legal obligations. These plans also helped them retain and recruit valuable hourly workers.
Recently Adopted Family Services
In 2023, we increased our involvement with small employers and individuals in selected states by informing them of the strengthening of federally subsidized elements of the Affordable Care Act. This fixed the previous limits on family coverage by expanding employee subsidies. Previously, millions of dependents were excluded from affordable coverage due to the so-called "Family Glitch."
