We provide short-term, post-acute rehabilitation services for patients needing therapy following hospitalization as a result of an illness, surgery or accident. We provide extensive physical, occupational and speech therapies, plus 24-hour skilled nursing care. Our collective goal is to provide the necessary training and physical strengthening to help individuals achieve their highest functional level, enabling a safe return home.
For adults who require 24-hour nursing supervision in a skilled setting. We take pride in our reputation for providing compassionate care that goes beyond meeting our residents' physical needs, recognizing and supporting their emotional and spiritual needs as well.
Prescott Village is an 11 acre campus that provides several lifestyle options to meet the needs and interest of today's seniors. Services we offer: post-hospital rehabilitation and nursing home care; Senior Living apartments (one or two bedroom ranging from 480 to 750 square feet) and casitas (two bedroom and two bath ranging from 900-1400 square feet).
