Engage in the magic of independent film at the Prescott Film Festival each July on the Prescott Campus of Yavapai College.
Founded in 2009 with the launch of a Monthly Film Series, the all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization held its first large-scale annual festival in 2010. The founders’ mission remains clear — to present culturally enriching events that entertain, inspire, and inform — while championing critically acclaimed independent films and filmmakers.
The five-day annual lineup includes full-length Features and Documentaries, Short Films, Free Workshops, Silent Symphony, Sing-Along, Parties, Food, and a VIP Experience.
As one of the city’s cornerstone events, the festival proudly welcomes independent filmmakers from Arizona to around the globe with the unique opportunity to screen their films alongside live audiences and visualize Prescott’s vibrant community as a premier destination for filmmaking.
The Prescott Film Festival is a creative component of the Yavapai College Film & Media Arts Program. Stay connected and be the first to know about passes, tickets, trailers, and events by visiting the website: www.prescottfilmfestival.com
