Professional Experience Lou Cappadona has more than 50 years of experience covering a broad spectrum of Human Resources matters. Lou advises and trains employers in labor union matters, preventive law and develops personnel policies and employee handbooks. He has been a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate Corps (JAG), a Field Agent with the National Labor Relations Board, worked in HR for Litton Industries. He started a private HR consulting service in 1976 for small to large employers.

Community He is a board member for the Mary Health Convalescent Hospital, Judge Advocate for American Legion Post 6 in Prescott, the Prescott Lakes HOA Land Management Advisory and Athletic Committees, a Lector at Sacred Heart Parish, the Prescott Kiwanis Club,the Prescott Chamber of Commerce, the Yavapai Men’s Republican Forum, the Central AZ Model RR Club and the Prescott Antique Auto Club, . He has been a board member of the East Ventura County Employer Advisory Council (EAC) and served as its Program Director for many years. He was a member of the Employers Group Woodland Hills Regional Board of Directors as well as a board member of the Valley Industry and Commerce Association (VICA), where he served as Chairman of the Government Relations Committee. He was a Seminar Leader at the Industrial Relations Center at Caltech in Pasadena for six years.
Education Lou received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Peter’s University, his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University of San Antonio and did graduate work in the Labor Law program at New York University School of Law. During his military service, he graduated from the U.S. Army Officers Infantry and Airborne Parachutist Schools. He
also graduated from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate [JAG] School at the University of Virginia.
Personal Lou resides with his wife Patsy in Prescott Lakes. They have 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren. Lou is a "health club rat" and when he is not in the gym you can find him doing water aerobics in the pool and hiking the Prescott trails. Patsy and Lou discovered river cruising and have enjoyed river boat vacations in Europe, China and at home on the Mississippi and Columbia Rivers.
