Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary has been operating in Prescott, AZ since 1988. Over the past 33 years our mission has been to “Give refuge to non-releasable, rescued wildlife while providing conservation through exhibition and public education.” As a non-profit we rely on gate admission, events, programs, and fundraising, to provide excellent care to over 200 sanctuary animals and over 300 rescue animals each year. We also offer a variety of educational programs to all ages including ZooLittles, ZooCamp, ZooTeens & adult Docent programs. We serve local schools through guided field trips, outreach presentations, and more. Through all these experiences, children and adults learn an appreciation for local wildlife, their habitats. HPZS is grateful to be part of the Prescott community. Your support through Attendance, Memberships, Adoptions and Donations have enabled us to survive a most challenging 2020. We look forward to continuing to be a valuable resource to the community for years to come!
